This Privacy Policy explains how MediVault (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MediVault mobile application.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect your name and email address to secure your login into the application. All medical records, lab reports, radiology images, prescriptions, appointment, chronic conditions, medical incidents and vaccination are all saved locally on your smart device. We don’t have any access to this data. This applies to the user’s own data as well as all data related to the user’s family members.
2. USE OF INFORMATION
Data is used to provide the timely reminders for medications and medical appointments. We do not have any access to the other user’s personal data.
3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
All data is stored locally on the user’s device. The user can export the data completely or partially to any other location. The exported data is encrypted. The encryption is linked to the user’s access credential or a password defined by him during export/import.
4. USER RIGHTS
You can clear your data or delete your account from within the App. In this case, all data stored locally on the user’s phone will no longer be accessible.
6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16 years of age.
7. CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
